Small edits are free because they are usually caused by slight misunderstandings on my part.

Changes/large edits cost more hours.

One time, I had to bite the bullet and do a lot of editing for free. I had produced a document in a format which the buyer couldn&#039;t use. I had forgot to ask, and it required a complicated system of cut-paste-design-tweak-etc. However, it worked out for the best because that buyer knows that I can be trusted to correct my mistakes.</description>
