So done the process and he escrow money and release the money also. But after while i was confused that how it possible,so i decided that is there is money in my account then i can payout through paypal,and itcharters.com option is instant approved and within 3 days money will be transferred but no ,i call to itchartes.com and they replay that you have to give the work proved to itcharters.com and they will review and release money.But i discovered that the buyer is one of the itcharters.com broker or may be owner. It was getting to the point that I had to stop working on Odesk altogether because of these monsters. It's a great place to find hard working talent but be careful if you are a graphic designer.
