The ODesk readiness test is a great measure for people’s knowledge of using ODesk. It’s also a good measure of peoples ability to conceptualize something as detailed and complex as the ODesk system.

I have found the better the ODesk readiness score, the more qualified provider. Great test ODesk!

I think part of the problem is that too many people see the word “test” and tend to freak out a bit. They forget that a test’s just a measuring tool.

Thanks for posting the update about the oDesk Readiness Test. It was carefully designed to encourage all providers to really gain an understanding of how things work at oDesk, while not being too difficult or tricky to pass. As you pointed out, our intent is to solely to educate providers.
